Emily Fisher is an associate attorney with Chestnut Cambronne, whose practice focuses on municipal prosecution. She joined Chestnut Cambronne after working as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Todd Fellman in Hennepin County. In that role, Emily spent every day in court learning the ins and outs of the judicial system, as well as gaining an understanding as to what both judges and juries find important.
Before working as a judicial law clerk, Emily attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law. While in school, Emily worked for the City of Minneapolis Attorney’s Office and the Washington County Attorney’s Office as a Certified Student Attorney. In these positions, Emily appeared in the misdemeanor courtroom and presented plea negotiations to the court, made bail arguments, and conducted court trials.
Outside of the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, going to the beach, and watching college hockey - particularly her alma mater, the University of North Dakota.
