Kristin Hendrick specializes in criminal prosecution and general civil litigation. Kristin has extensive experience through all stages of litigation, from drafting and filing motions to successfully trying cases. Prior to joining Chestnut Cambronne, Kristin was a prosecuting attorney in Scott County, Minnesota, where she tried misdemeanor and felony criminal cases, including DWI, assaults, and drug offenses. Kristin also worked for the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office in both criminal prosecution and child protection.
During law school, Kristin completed a Refugee and Asylum law internship in Malta and a Human Rights internship with the Ministry of Justice in London. She has volunteered with the American Refugee Committee and International Justice Mission. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Kristin worked for the 3M Company.
In addition to her work as an attorney, Kristin is an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, teaching Advanced Advocacy. Kristin is also a faculty member at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA).
