Mark Schneider, a partner at Chestnut Cambronne, has extensive experience in the areas of alternative dispute resolution, business representation, commercial/business litigation, civil litigation, government representation, and personal injury. Mark is a frequent lecturer on developments in prosecution including appellate issues, DWI and DUI procedures, and trial tactics. He is also a certified arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
Mark is an active member of the Minnesota Association for Justice and the Minnesota State Bar Association and was elected to serve as the Treasurer/Secretary for the Suburban Hennepin County Prosecutors' Association. In addition to his professional memberships, Mark is involved in numerous public service organizations including Beyond The Yellow Ribbon and Church of the Risen Savior. Mark is also a member of the Standing Committee for Veteran’s Court for the Hennepin County District Court. In that capacity, Mark has helped organize and participates in the Stand Down for Veterans held every year in Hennepin County. Mark previously received special recognition for his work by being presented with the 2012 All-Star DWI Enforcer Award by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety and the 2012 Traffic Safety Award by the Minnesota County Attorneys Association.
