Sarah Bennett is a partner at Chestnut Cambronne and has a dynamic practice rooted in real estate. On the transactional side of her practice, Sarah advises real estate brokers, management companies, homeowners associations, buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, and business owners on a litany of matters from real estate to corporate formation to contracts. Sarah also represents small to mid-size business owners beginning with the initial formation of the entity and throughout the life of the business. Sarah also maintains a presence in the litigation side of the practice, including court appearances and motion practice, in both district and appellate courts. The breadth of Sarah's skills and experience allows her to serve clients' transactional and litigation needs.
Sarah is an active alumna of William Mitchell College of Law where she serves as a mentor to first and second year law students. Sarah is an active member of both the Minnesota State Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association. Sarah has been recognized as a Minnesota Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine in the area of Real Estate Law in 2015 and 2016. In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling, yoga, and spending time at her family cabin in Northern Minnesota.
