Molly Hough is a strategic and passionate attorney who is an experienced litigator from the initiation of a case through a jury trial. She focuses her practice on commercial, employment, construction, and real estate litigation. When disputes arise, she walks alongside her clients helping them make informed decisions throughout the litigation process. Molly also advises clients on a wide variety of matters that arise in the course of operating a business of any size, including employment issues, corporate governance, and formation. She prides herself on being an advocate both inside and outside of the courtroom for her clients.
Molly is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas School of Law and Whitworth University. She is currently a board member of Minnesota Women Lawyers and The Table. She is a member of the American Bar Association and Minnesota State Bar Association. Molly is active in the community through her pro bono work with The Advocates for Human Rights and the Safety Project. When not practicing law, Molly can be found kickboxing, trying new restaurants, attending theater performances and concerts, and spending time with friends.
