Annaliisa P. Gifford is an attorney at Chestnut Cambronne who focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on trust and estate disputes and commercial litigation. Annaliisa also has experience representing private businesses, property owners, and restaurateurs and is skilled at advising them in a wide variety of matters as it concerns business formation and reorganization.
Annaliisa is a graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law and Macaulay Honors College in Brooklyn, NY. She is a current member of the Minnesota Lavender Bar Association and Ramsey County Bar Association. Outside of the office, Annaliisa enjoys rock-climbing, hiking, and exploring new restaurants in the Twin Cities.
